What is the judging process, and who is involved?

Nominations close on 31 May 2018. After this date the panel of judges will independently assess using their professional opinion and the quality of the nomination, whether the nominee, in their opinion, is worthy of making the shortlist. The measure of eligibility will be based on the question: “To what extent is the nominee making a difference?” It is important to note that this is not about how powerful the individual is, but about their personal contribution to the company and/or the sector, and that the size of that contribution may differ drastically from nominee to nominee. Judges will indicate on a scale of 1-10 the nominee’s suitability, with 1 being the most unsuitable and 10 being the most suitable.

The judges then meet for a second round of assessment to decide on the final Top 100 and highlight exemplar figures within the list.
